On Saturday 23rd July 2022, our Jebbu Miango Reads Learners had the experience of a lifetime.
Our new friends Experience Aviation @xperienceaviationnigeria Nigeria invited us to the Yakubu Gowon Airport Jos to learn about planes and aviation and it was an amazing experience!
We learnt about planes and the air, had fun on an airplane simulator, went up the control tower and then to the runway. The Pilot of the ARIK aircraft named Stephen was kind enough to take a picture with us. And then we happened to experience the landing of the Deputy Speaker House of Representatives Ahmed Idris Wase and take off of the Plateau State Governor Simon Bako Lalong Government of Plateau State.
This excursion was an eye opening experience for our learners. To our Dear Pilot Friends Ryakeng Gidado and Longji Mwansat, we are very grateful for this experience. And to the Governor who gave a cash gift we are also grateful. To everyone of you who sees us and donates and brings opportunities our way, God bless and reward you.
