Two weeks ago, we embarked on a special project with our friends form Word of Life Fellowship Nigeria. We went on a gospel exposition to the children and youth in Jebbu Miango, our host community.
Our engagements started with a training session for our volunteers then an outreach to 6 primary schools in Jebbu Miango where we had a read aloud and gospel presentation.
Last Sunday, we capped it up with a special meeting with the youth in Jebbu Miango where we explored problems young people face especially in the community, and a session on finding purpose.
Our primary focus at Jebbu Miango Reads remains discipleship. We are commited to raising Godly children and youth. Literacy is a means to assist that mission.
